Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do!

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Does SDPI accept custom orders?
Yes, If the artist believes their artistic integrity is not being compromised, if the artist thinks they can create a piece that satisfies both the customer and artist, and if the artist has the time and resources available! Please contact SDPI at [email protected] to discuss custom work. If both parties can agree on a project, time frame and price point, SDPI will create a post in Storenvy so the customer can purchase the item. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before the work commences and the item must be paid for in full before it will ship. SDPI will keep in contact with the customer throughout the project and will require a final approval before the item is shipped. Please see custom order information above for details.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
